Provide you the flexibility to organize you own program, responding to your own interest and needs. When you buy this program you will get accommodation in a double or single room for 6 or 7 nights (it is same price) in any of the indicated Hotels included in ANNEX 1 (at the bottom, 60 hotels conveniently located through out all the island) and the rental of a car for the same period of time.

If you come with your kids (up to 2) or with another couple of friends, an additional room will be required for lodging them but you will use same car so big savings will be produced.

If by any chance you need more than 6 or 7 nights of staying, then you can buy additional nights at excellent price which will include also room and car.

The Car offer usually is the Skoda brand. It has unlimited mileage.
The Flexi Fly and Drive program establishes a minimum of 6 nights and minimum of 6 days of car rental.  (As indicated in the price table). The price is the same for 6 nights of lodging and car as for 7 nights of lodging and car.

Lodging includes breakfast.  In certain hotels that ONLY work in All Inclusive (essentially in beach areas) the client must pay directly at the hotel reception a supplement indicated in the Hotel list in Annex 1.  In this case the supplement price is expressed in CUC. You can pay CASH or Credit or Debit Cards not issued by US banks.

Children from 0 to 12 years of age accompanied by one or two adults and SHARING the room with such adults will be FREE (maximum two children per room).

The vouchers that for any reason client  NOT USE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.  The vouchers that the client loses or is stolen will not be reimbursed either.

How The Program Works

First Step
Once the program is confirmed by the agency with a confirmation code, the client will receive an invoice to make the payment.
Once the payment is received, the agency will confirm the client the reception of the money and issue the correspondent reservation vouchers, which will be sent, annexed to the email.

The Voucher should say: Flexi Fly & Drive Cubanacan and the days of stay, number of rooms, name of the client and amount of PAX (persons).

Second Step
The Agency will meet and greeting the client at the airport with a sign with the passenger’s name.
Then  the vouchers will be picked up and will be taken to the Main Office at the airport for getting the hotel vouchers. The client will receive a kit with all the documentation that includes:

1. All hotels vouchers for lodging (It will be a voucher for each night reserved)
2. The voucher for the car rental.
3. The discount bonuses for buying optional tours.
4. A map of Cuba with the hotel location.
5. A pamphlet with the country’s general information, orientation on the program’s performance, location of gas stations and other aspects of interests.
   
   

Third Step
Proceeding to the rental Office to rent the car. The rental company is REX. There client will sign the contract with the official from REX.

Fourth Step
After concluding your stay in Cuba, will drop off the car at any of the Offices of REX Rental FREE OF CHARGE.

If the car is handed over in another location rather than the REX Rental Office then the client should pay an additional charge for concept of DROP OFF, according to the location where the car is left.
