- Day 2, HAVANA

07:00 Breakfast.
We’ll start with a group orientation before fitting everyone with bikes. Then we’re off for a morning cycling tour of Havana.
Touring the Malecon throughout the coastline appreciating the picturesque buildings of various styles, reaching the emblematic Hotel Nacional. Then continues entering the streets of Vedado and its parks, until we find the mouth of the River.
Almendares, crossing the well-known Iron Bridge. In the Havana Forest we will make a short tour fun for children and more adults, with a stop to rest and enjoy the views of the forest and the religious services that take place in this place.
We will skirt the Christopher Columbus Necropolis declared a National Monument of Cuba, stopping at the monumental and historic Plaza de la Revolución. Then there is a tour of the neighborhoods of Central Havana, the Chinatown and our symbolic Old Havana, where we will have the opportunity to talk and exchange experiences with the Havana city.

- Day 3 HAVANA-LAS TERRAZAS

Departure to Las Terrazas take you to the typical rural community and tourist installations of Las Terrazas and to the exuberant flora and fauna of the Sierra del Rosario forest, located in the new Artemisa province (west of Havana).
The tour includes a visit to the 19th century Buenavista coffee plantation, a visit of the Moka eco-hotel, a guided tour of the community to get in touch with the locals, a lunch in a typical restaurant and free time to swim if the San Juan river.
Continues trip to Soroa.
Entrance to one of the most interesting botanical garden in Cuba, also visit beautiful waterfalls in the area.

Departure from Soroa.
This stage consists of mostly plain to lightly hilly terrain. Just a few steps away from the hotel in San Diego de los Baños there is an old bath house where thermal springs are used for medical baths.

- Day 5, SAN DIEGO- VIÑALES

Crossing the park "La Güira" you will reach the "Cueva de los Portales", a cave that housed the head quartes of Che Guevara's troups during the Cold War Crisis 1963. Continuing the bike trip you will reach Viñales.
Viñales, Declared National Park of Cuba Natural Heritage of Humanity since 1999 by UNESCO.
Visit Los Jazmines viewpoint from where you will have an excellent view over the Valley.

Departure from Viñales -Pass through the Cueva de Santo Tomás, National Monument and one of the largest in Latin America -Cayo Jutías Beach, which is distinguished by its natural values and the history of its peculiar lighthouse, the only one of its kind in the Caribbean. walk to the town beach, enjoy free time to relax.
Return by bus.

A whole day discovering the wonders of this beautiful place Morning through the Viñales Circuit between mogotes and tobacco fields. Drive to the Diego Rivera-inspired Mural de la Prehistoria.
Painted on a cliff at the foot of the Sierra de Vinales.
Luncheon at interesting agro ecological project with the best views of the Valley; family private owned restaurant.
Entrance to the Indian caves with a boat ride inside the cave.

Time to say goodbye to your bikes and your support team before check in.

- Bicycle helmets are mandatory on this trip. You probably won't be able to buy or hire bicycle helmets locally, so be sure to bring your own bicycle helmet from home.
- If you prefer to bring your own bicycle to Cuba, that's fine. However, please note that the bicycle must be in perfect working order with no worn parts. This is because spare parts are almost impossible to get in Cuba.
